Samsung Galaxy Note has features that I found unparallel as compared to other handsets available in the market. Talking about its features, I would like to describe that the set has 5.3-inch screen. If one will ask me about its dimensions, my answer will be 146.85 x 82.95 x 9.65mm.  The handset weighs around 178g which is pretty heavy. But that doesn’t mean that I can’t carry it around.

I found camera quite good as it is front facing with 2 mega pixels on the left hand side having volume up down key and the right hand side to power button which doubles up as lock key. The standard 3.5mm headphone jack occupies the space and I can simply listen to my favorite tunes with its help.

An 8 mega pixel camera is also there on the back side with LED flash in the center and the speakers on the bottom of the back. I found this kind of assembelance all the more fascinating as it can’t be seen on other handsets of similar brand.  The screen has the resolution of 1280 x 800 which stands out as a super feature and the device runs on 1.4GHz processor that made me fall for it. However, a letdown is the speed that I can say is quite slow.

Sometimes I get totally engrossed in watching videos and play games on the set that I simply forget every other work. This is because of the huge screen of the handset that has made me its fan. Though, it may not be that comfortable to hold while calling somebody, but it can give amazing experience in reading the text or looking at the details on the web.

A positive side to anything is definitely associated with its negative side too, with this huge screen, I find it difficult to rotate my thumb, instead I have to use my fingers the way i do on a key board making it awkward to handle such a big screen in public places. But that doesn’t deter me for disliking it as I know everything in this world has its pros and cons.

Since I was short of money at the time of purchasing the handset, I ran into Samsung Galaxy Note contract that infact helped me to pay the amount in easy installments without burning a hole in my pocket. I will say the handset is a must buy for any tech savvy person.
